We do not know your circumstances, your objectives, your tax position or your risk tolerance, and nothing here is tailored to them. Accuracy, and its limits
Every figure carries the date it was observed and a link to its source, and the site is built so that a stale number says so rather than passing as current. That is a standard we hold ourselves to, not a warranty. Market data can be delayed, wrong or missing; providers fail; arithmetic on published prices is only as good as the prices. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it.
What you may do with the content
Articles, lessons and analysis on this site are ours. You may quote briefly with attribution and a link. You may not republish articles in full, and you may not use the content to train machine learning models without written permission. Underlying market data belongs to its providers, whose licences govern it — in particular, quotes here are used under terms that permit non-commercial display, and redistributing them is not something this site can grant you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape at a rate that degrades the service, probe the API endpoints for credentials, or use the site to break the law. The API exists to serve these pages; it is not a free market data feed, and it is deliberately limited to an allow-list of symbols.
Links out
We link to sources constantly, because a number without a source is an assertion. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
